I use my 25 years business experience predominantly across the finance functional to be able to demonstrate the above benefits of a good Interim FD.

Having originally trained with one of the big 4 accounting practices from 1990 to 1994, I have worked across the full spectrum of Auditor, Management Accountant and  Financial Accountant and FD.  Post MBA (2000) I worked as a Finance Transformation Consultant,  Interim Regional Controller, and Interim Head of Finance  (£150mn t/o of division) and Interim FD.  Often leading teams, always with the aim of adding value and delivering outputs in an accurate and efficient manner.

Often overlooked in assessing what interim you need, my inter-personal skills are excellent.  Referred to as a skilled, diplomatic facilitator I enjoy the challenges that a mix of cultures and management approaches can sometimes bring.

I enjoy coaching team members where appropriate; I am a certified NLP coach and NLP Trainer and experienced mentor.
